BELOVED SAINT GERMAIN:

“I wish each one of you to go by yourselves sometime during the day for at least five minutes and talk to your "I AM Presence" something like this:

"Great Masterful Presence which “I AM”! I love, I adore Thee. I give back unto Thee the fullness of all Creative Power, all Love, all Wisdom, and through this Power which Thou art, I give Thee full power to make visible in my hands and use the fulfillment of my every desire. I no longer claim any power as my own, for I now claim Thee, the Only and All-Conquering Presence in my home, my Life, my world and my experience. I acknowledge Thy Full Supremacy and Command of all things; and as my consciousness is fixed upon an achievement, Your Invincible Presence and Intelligence takes command and brings the fulfillment into my experience quickly—even with the speed of thought.

"I know that Thou art ruler over time, place and space. Therefore, Thou requirest only now to bring into the visible activity Thy every Perfection  ……………(perhaps name something you wish to manifest that will bless you and the world)

I stand absolutely firm in the full acceptance of this, now and forever, and I shall not allow my mind to waver from it, for at last, I know we are One.”

HOW TO PRECIPITATE

The power to think creates form. The power to feel fills that form with life. These two activities precede all precipitation (conscious or otherwise). Most people do not control their thinking faculties and thus the forms created by their thoughts are indistinct and imperfect. LEARN TO USE YOUR THOUGHT TO CREATE A CLEAR-CUT, DISTINCT PATTERN OF THAT WHICH YOU DESIRE TO PRECIPITATE. THEN LEARN TO ACTUALLY GENERATE FEELINGS OF HAPPINESS, JOY AND PERFECTION THUS FILL THE CUP WHICH IS CREATED BY YOUR THOUGHT.

As you do this for a few minutes at a time, earnestly and without strain, you will begin to enjoy your “practice of precipitation.” Then, one day, you will hold in your hand the actual thought-picture, energized by your feelings, which has become a physical reality to bless you and others. The question arises: “Does this precipitation come directly out of the atmosphere or is it brought into my world in a natural way through some individual?” At first, the precipitations may come through individuals. As one progresses, they can be, and sometimes are, manifested directly from the Universal, without the medium of intercession by another unascended lifestream.

This is the Power of true Precipitation.

“The child with the X-ray eyes: In this case the pulsation between the pineal gland and the pituitary body has become so frequent that the flow is almost continuous. In all forms where the Power of the All-Seeing Eye is used, the shape of the human eye is retained as we have it today. In any thought of this, think of it always as the All-Seeing Eye, complete, in the top of the head- taking the place of the pineal gland and pituitary body, or as having these two organs within it. In this Eye within is the Perfect, Eternal Sight of Almighty God. A mental picture of anything, with this power back of it, must be propelled into outer form because it is God Power moving through it. This is how the images we see with our physical eyes are registered on the brain. Therefore, make your pictures within. Your eyes are the camera of the Soul. The activity of the vision in the mind acts just the opposite of the activity of the eyes, or physical sight.

“The secret of manifesting things into the world without, is in using the Spiritual Power to take this picture. Then the Great Silence precipitates it into form through the visualized picture. Through the activity of visualizing, you print the form or picture upon the Great Silence; and the Great Silence, which is the greatest Power in the Universe, propels it into outer expression and experience.

Now you can understand how impossible it is for a picture registered on the Inner Silence not to come forth. It is the business of the intellect and will, to hold the picture steady until the impression is taken by the Great Silence. If it is not held steady, the result is the same as if you moved your camera while taking an outer picture in ordinary photography. This is the Power of true Precipitation.

You do have all power within your consciousness to mold your mind and body or any of its parts or attributes into anything you wish. Meditate on this incessantly. Contemplate this matter of vision often enough to set it in mind-in action-and use it. This release of Truth and conviction is tremendous! Never forget it! Use it more and more all the time. This is the Inner Power that knows Its own and is waiting to do these things for you all the time. A tremendous Power has been generated here today. This conviction you now have, you can use with great power.

Warning: After I have given the Explanation of the Law and you have received the Inner Power and conviction, do not discuss it, for you scatter the Power which would accomplish the full Manifestation. You have the vision, the power, and the ability to apply this. Now do it! The Power of Precipitation is one of the mightiest activities of this wonderful Presence who is radiating to you today. You have been shown how Precipitation through vision takes place.

Use: "Great 'Presence,' completely and entirely reveal this Activity of Visualization and Precipitation into physical form to me now. Teach me all about This, and see that I always use It to fulfill the Divine Plan, to the Glory of God and the Blessing and Service of all His Creation. "

Let us no longer be limited in the feeling world by the idea and feeling that supply depends upon Human Beings in your midst! As long as you continue to accept it, you will find yourself limited. Cut it off and turn to your Presence— the Treasure-House of the Universe— and your world.

Then, remember THIS, Beloved Ones, Oh please HOLD THIS firmly before yourself forever! When you call to your Presence for your money supply or any supply you require for use, Your Presence, is your Treasure-House actually, practically. and literally! It probably would not release coined money in your hands just yet; but It is the Power of Intelligence at your Call, which sets Its Energy into action in your body. All persons, places, and conditions required to bring financial money supply into your hands—by the Wisdom, Power and Love of the Presence, will be set into action to bring it to  you. You will be caused to harmonize yourself and do whatever you are required to do to cooperate with the Activity of Life which produces that result for you!”

Thou Infinite Presence! Expressing Thy Perfection everywhere, we welcome and praise Thy Perfect Manifestation in our lives, homes, and worlds, that Thy Radiant Light may forever consume everything unlike Itself, that Thy Wisdom may always direct, Thy Love always enfold, Thy Light always illumine Thy Perfect Pathway, and that Thou dost hold us firmly in Thy Glorious Radiance, now and forever. …

I understand fully how important the financial support of the individual seems to him, but I say to you beloved students that financial support is always as the shifting sands until you begin to consciously apply the use of the “I AM Presence” as your Omnipresent, Limitless Supply of either money, Love, Understanding, Light, or Illumination.

So try to receive the full conviction of the Radiation of this which I give to you, that you may use It with a certain, unwavering consciousness which will give you forever your freedom from all financial strain. …

Many of you are making wonderful strides. Go forth with certainty in your hearts, always being aware: “‘I AM’ the Conquering, Victorious Presence in any achievement I desire; that ‘I AM’ now the Full Dominion of every application that I make; that ‘I AM the Presence’ always within every demand, supplying, and fulfilling it.”

MAHA CHOHAN (now Cosmic Holy Spirit Holy Aeolus) :     The activity of the Ray of Light is precipitation. Therefore. the power of precipitation, which is so much desired by mankind, is actually not only embodied in their creation but the activity of their sustained presence in the universe. Each self-conscious intelligence is precipitated out from the central source of God's Heart and the flowing stream of electrons which constitutes the lifestream is a precipitation of energy which never ceases while individualization and self-conscious intelligence functions in any sphere of manifestation.

EL MORYA:    What mankind should desire is not the use of the precipitating power, but the control of the precipitating power which is already, unfortunately sometimes, in their use and under the direction of their oft-misguided free will. How many bewildered souls precipitate an argument, a crisis, even a war! Man must become still enough to realize what he should precipitate and then learn how to use his marvelous faculties of thought and feeling to govern not only the quality but the form of his precipitation. Then he becomes master of energy, setting up causes whose precipitated effects in his world and affairs will be pleasing, harmonious, and of general benefit to life.

PAUL, THE VENETIAN (now the Beloved Maha Chohan):    The emotional body is the receiver of the greater part of the energies flowing through the silver cord into the use of the individual. These energies are for the express purpose of giving life to beautifully designed and perfected thoughtforms, created by the mental body at the direction of the self-conscious intelligence. When the energies of the feeling world joyously rush into a perfected thought form, the matrix or cup is energized, given life and begins its final journey on the precipitating ray into the world of form. You will notice that when the feelings show little or no interest in a plan, design, idea or vision, it seldom comes to fruition. It is among the “still born” thought patterns and eventually returns to the universal unclaimed and uncompleted. The individual desiring to experiment with conscious, controlled precipitation must learn to energize his thoughtform with his feelings of love, enthusiasm, devotion and purity of motive, purpose and design, if he wishes to have full manifestation quickly.

“I observed that Leto wore a simple white garment, yet it gave the effect of having a glint of many colors shining through. She answered my thought about it immediately by saying: "This garment I am wearing is a Seamless One, not made with hands, but precipitated direct from Pure Light Substance— hence, the glint and Radiance you see. It will never soil nor show wear. It will not be long until each of you will be wearing the same kind of Garment. In

the fully awakened, or what you call the Ascended Master Consciousness, we never encumber ourselves with luggage of any kind, for in the ethers all about us is the Pure Substance from which we form everything as we desire to use it.

"All we need to do is to bring it into form through holding the conscious attention upon our mental picture, or visualized form. “In the Name of God, now develop that vehicle which needs it, and learn in drawing your life into your hearts to use thought to concentrate the picture you desire, use feeling to energize it and use the vocal cords and the power of conduction through heart and throat, and head and hand, and as you see that sacred fire upon your altars first with the inner sight some day it shall be manifest.

Every Chohan is a priest of this order. The sacred fire is consciously-qualified primal light, into which a self conscious intelligence has invested a certain specific blessing, which that light carries forth through the sphere of influence and radiates into the world of form. All of the electrons that pass through your aura are either the sacred fire or just primal light or they are part of the shroud of the Earth.

"No one-in this world-ever accumulated a great amount of wealth-without the assistance and radiation of some-Ascended Master. There are occasions-in which individuals can be used as a focus of great wealth-for a specific purpose-and at such times-greatly added power is radiated to them-for through it-they can receive personal assistance. Such an experience is a-test-and opportunity-for their growth. All unusual accomplishment-that takes place in human activity - no matter what the particular channel may be - is always attained-through the assistance of super-human Love, Wisdom, and Power-from an Ascended Master-because he has transcended all limitations of the physical world and-for this reason- more than ordinary success is due to His greater power-through radiation.

"In 1887-the Ascended Host of Masters established a school-on the Inner planes-for the specific purpose of instructing those who have misused wealth-and revealing fully-the results-of their mistakes. Such -as these- are taken and told the -Truth-concerning the- Universal Law-governing all wealth, and the results that come from influencing others to perpetuate their wrong ideas and mistakes. We next entered the two smaller rooms which were also equipped with the same kind of containers only-not as large. These were filled with jewels of all kinds diamonds, rubies, pearls, emeralds and sapphires classified as to variety and quantity. Smilingly, he turned to me and said:  "Now-you know and understand-that the Great God Self-is-the only-Real Owner and Controller of-all-wealth. That 'Presence' appoints-keepers of His treasures-on every plane of life-whether it be Light, Wisdom, Substance or physical riches. You are calm and poised I see, while we are observing this phase of our activity-and that is well. It reveals your Inner strength and ability to do-what is now ready to be accomplished-as soon as you are prepared outwardly.

"You have been shown-proof-that it is we-who really govern the wealth of the world-and use it but as a test-of the soul strength-of the individual. It is always a-trust-given to those-who should be strong enough to use it-only-constructively-but few, very few, really pass that test under the temptation-existing in the world at large today. If we choose-we can raise the humblest of God's children-who have sufficient preparation, into wealth, power, and prominence, if by so doing, help can be given to many others-through such accomplishment."
