WHY FUNDING FOR …

‘THE GOOD HOPE SANCTUARY’?

The Good Hope Sanctuary has been a place of non-denominational worship for over 14 years, we have never missed a Wednesday Service since it was built in 2011!  There is never a charge for anything; all is run on donations and strictly on a non-profit basis, purely to EXPAND the LIGHT and The Ascended Master Teachings on our sweet Earth!

Due to financial challenges in 2014, the Sanctuary and the property which it is on, was sold to someone in the family, at a greatly reduced price, to allow the continued use of the Sanctuary. 

  Times have changed and the family member wants to move on, and so the Sanctuary and property which it is on, is on the market!

 Before selling in 2014 many community projects were planned and some implemented.  These included:

o   A large community organic Vegetable Garden

o   Permaculture Courses

o   A hydroponic tunnel for organic vegetables

o   Off-the-grid living 

o   A seed-sprouting business

The beautiful 5-acre property is situated close to Cape Town, South Africa, in a gated estate in one of the most beautiful parts of the Cape region.

The property consists of:

2 x 4-bedroomed houses

1 x staff cottage

1 x large wooden structure for tools and wood

12 x covered carports

40 Olive Trees

± 15 fruit trees

A large vegetable garden

A large Indigenous garden

A borehole that supplies all the water for the property

And the precious Good Hope Sanctuary

THE PLAN:

The plan is to reclaim this Sacred Site, continue with the Sanctuary Services, and offer many community projects and workshops to encourage and teach people about:

1               Their own “I AM” Presence through free “I AM” Workshops

2               Self-sustainability and sovereignty

3               Hydroponics

4               Seed sprouting

5               Organic fruit and vegetable gardening,

6               Medicinal plants & and new healing modalities – especially with indigenous plants

7               Methods to maintain good health and emotional stability through healthy lifestyle habits

8               Sacred community gatherings & circle dancing

9               Workshops and talks on topics to unify,  uplift and to raise our consciousness 

10           Nature walks for healing

 And other sacred activates to embrace holistic community living, creativity and happiness!
