“Let Me explain something again today, because it is not understood generally, even among the students. I am going to try to clear this in your minds; for once it is clear, you will find an Inner Change in your experience.

When you decree - when you make the Call to your "Mighty I AM Presence" and the Ascended Masters, the Legion of Light and the Cosmic Beings, you are releasing Substance from within your feeling world and and your physical body. Now notice this particularly - from your physical body!

This Substance is the requirement which We need, in order to release and then amplify It, with the Great Purity and Perfection of the Substance of Life; to bring about the changes which are being made.”

“As I have described to you before, on Atlantis many, many very dear children of God have learned the power of invocation but then chose to use that power in order to invoke unseen influences, which were not of benefit either to themselves or to the race, as a whole. Even today, in embodiment, there are many good and sincere lifestreams who gathered that momentum of the power of invocation throughout many centuries of study, both in the physical body and at inner levels, but whose ultimate goal, shall we say, for which they direct their attention, is below the Ascended Masters’ level, and their motive for invocation, plus their capacity to connect with the powers beyond the human veil, determine the type of manifestation that they will draw forth.

Some of these good people have invoked spirits of the departed, sincerely, honestly and faithfully, and have had a measure of success in connecting with those individuals, particularly before the “clean up” by the great Prince Michael in the astral or psychic realm. Many, many more unconsciously used the power of invocation to connect with mass entities of a discordant nature, such as war, pestilence, fear and any number of the negative activities that form the effluvia around the planet Earth. These individuals invoke those very activities upon the screen of life through their attention upon them, through thinking of them, through feeling violently about them and they manifest them as distresses to themselves and to other people. They are unconscious of this power of invoking anything or any one or any activity upon which their attention dwells!”

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRAYER & DECREEING

 “Will you Beloved Ones rejoice with me and the Great Host of Ascended Masters in the mighty call of the I AM Students, which is making possible this Service to be rendered mankind? May I state again with greater firmness, the imperative need of the conscious calling of the "Mighty I AM Presence” into action, for it gives the Ascended Host, the Great Legion of Light, and the Mighty Angels the right—the authority—to render this Service; because whatever call is made to the “Mighty I AM Presence” MUST BE ANSWERED with imperative authority.

The great difference between the old idea of prayer (which is beautiful), and this mighty conscious call to the "Mighty I AM Presence”—God individualized—is this. The call to the "Mighty I AM Presence” is intensified a thousand fold or more by the power of qualification, through nearly two hundred thousand students who are earnestly making this call to-day,

Words cannot describe the difference in the power acting in this conscious call to the Presence, knowing It has the Power of the Universe at Its Command, and that which acts through our former idea of prayer, thinking of God principally as an Omnipresence.

This conscious application of the "Mighty I AM Presence” makes every call a sure, certain answer, while in most prayer, it is a hoped for activity, I use this comparison to endeavor to more vividly show the students the imperative need of their sincere call to the Presence and the issuing of their Mighty Decrees.

May each one feel this Great, this Mighty Reality, as they read these words. Even as I AM dictating these words, this Mighty Radiation goes out touching the consciousness of the students everywhere in America, and the world —quickening their feeling of joy and their great privilege to assist in this Great Work.

They have before them greater and greater evidence of the Glory which their call to the Presence brings forth into action. The earth’s atmosphere is being rapidly cleared of the discarnate entities, who never could have freed themselves without the conscious assistance of the students and the "Mighty I AM Presence.”
