Explore the METHODS and TECHNIQUES They offer to help us realize and harness our own DIVINITY and FREE ourselves from the endless wheel of birth & re-birth and Ascend into our own “I AM” Presence.
3. Universal Laws: Gain an understanding of the Universal Laws, especially the Law of 'CAUSE & EFFECT.' Recognize the impact of our actions across lifetimes and embrace the responsibility that comes with this knowledge.
4. Ascended Masters: Familiarise yourself with the Ascended Masters—Saint Germain, Jesus, Moses, Lord Gautama, Lady Nada, and the MANY Ascended Masters guiding the destiny of humanity at this critical time of evolution. Learn about the MASTERY & FREEDOM they attained using the same Teachings They now share.
5. Application in Daily Life: The Teachings are presented in a SIMPLE, EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND & APPLY format. Take the first steps to incorporate these teachings into your daily life, allowing for gradual transformation.
6. Self-Reflection: Engage in introspection and self-reflection. Consider how the Teachings resonate with your journey and how you can apply them to cultivate positive change in your life.
Remember, this is a PERSONAL JOURNEY & NONE CAN ATTAIN FOR ANOTHER. Take the time you need to absorb and integrate these Teachings into your life. The "I AM" Ascended Master Teachings are a Beacon of Light guiding humanity toward our own spiritual Ascension which all must one day achieve as it is our next step on our evolutionary path. WHO & WHAT IS GOD?
A good analogy to use to understand what or who 'God is, in relation to our own individualised “I AM” Presence is to liken the word God, which describes a more ‘unknown’ nebulous all-encompassing energy, with the word ‘Mankind’ which also describes an overall name for the people of the Earth.
But as we know - As Above so below and vice-versa. So as we have individuals down here, so too in the Heavenly realms there are individualised God-Beings. Examples are Saint Germain, the Great God of Freedom. Jesus, the Cosmic Angel Micah of Unity. Moses, the Great Lord Ling of Happiness, and Beloved Lord Gautama, the current Great Lord of the World, to mention a few of the more well-known ones. The word God comes from the word Good.
So when we call to our “I AM” Presence and to the Various Ascended Masters we have a ‘hot-line’ so to speak, to the Heavenly Realms and it is extremely powerful. Furthermore, when we issue a decree in the Name of our “I AM” Presence, by Cosmic Law it must be made manifest, whereas prayers are from the human realm, they have no authority and there is no law saying they must be answered. This is NOT to say they don't get answered, they do, but the intensity of the calls determines the efficacy of the answers.
UNDERSTANDING ‘GOD’
God in the abstract and God individualized is a point of dogma which has been the basis of controversy for ages!
THEY SAY….“God is everywhere. God is spirit. There is no nook, no corner, no cranny where God is not.”
These are statements of the abstract Presence of the palpable Body of God.
“But can one have a spirit without a focus?
Can one have, even in the unascended realm, an aura without a human being? (e.g. CANDLE WICK)
Can one have the spirit of God without the Presence of an intelligence, of a thinking and feeling being from whence that spirit ensues?
No! As below, so above”
WHY IS THERE SO MUCH CHAOS ON THE PLANET AND WHAT IS HAPPENING?
The planet Earth, along with the other planets in our Universe, are moving into a higher frequency, as we are in the COSMIC IN-BREATH. (See video below for more understanding from Saint Germain). We need to assist and facilitate this, as we are the co-creators - vested, through the gift of ‘Freewill’ to create.

UNDERSTANDING THE NEW DISPENSATION
Excerpt from “Initiations of the Seventh Ray” - Compiled by Werner Schroeder
This new dispensation shows an entirely new approach. It reminds one of the statements by the Ascended Master Brother Amo, that any new religious teaching is designed to meet the needs of the hour and the progress of the human race, is given at a particular point of the globe, and presented to a pre‑designated group of people. Saint Germain did not use, as a foundation, any established religious teaching, using it as a base and adding to it. He and other Ascended Masters made no attempt to revive Theosophy. Only sparingly, did they refer to the Bible; only in rare instances did they refer to the Vedic literature of India.
Starting totally anew, without relying on previous teachings, Saint Germain and other Ascended Masters explained Cosmic Law in clear terms. The method of instruction was based on logic and common sense. In addition, the Masters added their radiation, which helped the instruction gain acceptance through the feeling nature of the students. Saint Germain gave out this new message in America, which at this particular time period, was the leader of the human race. He presented to the world, a new style of Ascended Master Teaching.
There were changes in the substance of the teaching, as well. As part of the dispensation granted to the Cosmic Being Victory, on January 1, 1931, the Occult Law was set aside, mainly as a result of the peril the Earth was in. For the first time since the sinking of Atlantis, an Ascended Master could give the knowledge of the I AM Presence and the Violet Flame, in public. Before this time, this knowledge was permitted only to be given in retreats, to people of considerable spiritual advancement.
Under the dispensation given to Saint Germain and Nada, instructions did not need to be veiled. Mysticism is no longer the requirement of the hour.
For these reasons, commencing with this dispensation, Ascended Master Teaching did assume a new approach, unique from any other previous method of instruction, and this effort by Saint Germain has been labeled by the Masters, the “beginning of a New Age.”
When Saint Germain first conceived of the idea of putting forth this work, he explained to the Master called the Great Divine Director, that he had two people in embodiment (Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Ballard), who he felt were strong enough to carry his message. The Great Divine Director asked him if he were certain of this. Saint Germain replied, “I shall try it out, and we shall see!”

“The Ray of Light which goes from the Heart of the “Presence” through the top of the head, anchoring within the Heart of the flesh body, is the Life, the Light, the Substance, the Energy, the Intelligence, and the Activity by which the physical body has Life and is enabled to move about.
When your attention goes to the “Mighty I AM Presence,” this Ray of Light and Energy begins to intensify and expand until the Point of Light within every cell of the flesh body responds to It. The Violet Flame flowing up, through, and around the lower figure represents the Violet Consuming Flame, which is released by your “Mighty I AM Presence” when you call for Its Action to be passed through you and your world to consume all discordant creation, past and present.
It is the only means by which all undesirable accumulation can be forever dissolved, consumed, and its cause and effect annihilated. It is the only means by which you can become free from the wheel of birth and rebirth, free from the hundreds and perhaps thousands of embodiments in which you have lived.

(We as a group have been aware of the significance of the ‘phrase “those that run must read,” for some time, and often repeat it. We have found this thread running through the “I AM” Activity and Bridge to Freedom books. The first reference being in the last chapter of The Magic Presence. These are the books being referred to by The Great Divine Director.)
A little later The Great Divine Director told us:

“Life, in all Its Activities everywhere manifest, is God in action; and it is only through lack of the understanding of applied thought and feeling that mankind is constantly interrupting the pure flow of that Perfect Essence of Life which would, without interference, naturally express Its Perfection everywhere.
The natural tendency of Life is Love, Peace, Beauty, Harmony, and Opulence, for Life cares not who uses It, but is constantly surging to pour more of Its Perfection into manifestation, always with that lifting process which is ever inherent within Itself.
“I AM”
“I AM” is the Activity of “That Life.”
How strange it is that students with sincere interest do not seem to get the True Meaning of those two words.
When you say and feel “I AM,” you release the spring of Eternal, Everlasting Life to flow on Its way unmolested. In other words, you open wide the door to Its natural flow. When you say “I AM not,” you shut the door in the face of this Mighty Energy.
“I AM” is the Full Activity of God.
Having placed before you so often the Truth of God in Action, I wish you to understand Its first expression in individualization. The first expression of every individual, everywhere in the Universe, either in spoken word, silent thought or feeling, is “I AM,” recognizing Its Own Conquering Divinity.
The student, endeavoring to understand and apply these Mighty, yet simple Laws, must stand guard more strictly over his thought and expression – in word or otherwise; for every time you say “I AM not,” “I cannot,” “I have not,” you are, whether knowingly or unknowingly, throttling that “Great Presence” within you.
This is just as tangible as if you placed your hands about the throat of an outer form, only with the outer form, your thought governing the hand, you can release it at any time; but when you make a declaration using the words “I AM not,” you set in motion Mighty, Limitless Energy that continues to act, unless it is recalled and the imperfection consumed and transmuted.
This shows you the enormous power you have to qualify this Mighty Energy of God, and I tell you Beloved Students, dynamite is less dangerous, for that would but liberate you from the body; while these thoughts sent forth ignorantly and ungoverned bind you upon the wheel of re-embodiment indefinitely. Thus you can see how important it is for you to know what you are doing when you thoughtlessly use wrong expressions; because you are using the Most Divine Principle of Activity in the Universe – “I AM.”
Do not misunderstand me – this is no idle, foreign, or Oriental expression, but the Highest Principle of Life used and expressed throughout every civilization that has ever existed – for the first expression every Self-conscious form of Life gives is “I AM.” It is only afterwards, in its contact with outer, wrongly qualified activity, that it begins to accept anything less than “I AM.”
Now Dear Students, do you not see that when you say “I AM sick,” you are just reversing this Principle of Life, which is naturally all Perfection; thus re-qualifying it by your willful ignorance with something which it never naturally possessed?
Through long centuries of willful misunderstanding, humanity has charged the very atmosphere about them with falsehood and unreality, for I need not say to you that when you say “I AM sick,” it is an abject falsehood in respect to your Divinity, which cannot be sick.”
IMPORTANT NOTICE - The use of the Name “I AM”

Mankind needs to learn to use Those Words, as We do. In any crisis, if the Individual did not think of anything else just for the moment, and would say: “I AM,” “I AM,” “I AM,” It would release the Powers of the Presence into action! Ofttimes it would perform a so-called Miracle for him or her, then and there! That is the Power of those Two Words; and there are no two words in the vocabulary of human experience, which release the Power Those Two Words do.
The Words, “God,” “Divine Mind,” “Divinity” and all other Terminology used to express the Godhead, do not contain the Power the Words “I AM” do. That is the Reason why Beloved Saint Germain has brought This Use of the “I AM” forth to mankind at this time. It is the Power which sets people Free! Why? Because It is their own Life!
Your “Mighty I AM Presence”, your Individualized Presence of God which beats your Heart, is your Life; and your Life contains everything which is for your Perfection.”
